Refund policy

Because of the nature and intended use of these products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. A refund/partial refund will be at the discretion of Fire Crotch Toys only if it is found that any issues with the product are directly our fault. Each product is documented before it leaves our facility to ensure the condition. If the customer reports an issue within a week after receiving the product, it will be handled on a case by case basis. These are handmade products so there could be minor defects with any product such as color spots, small edge frays on base from demolding, minor nicks that do not effect the usability of the product, etc. Any significant defects that could effect the usability will be documented in the product’s listing and discounted at the discretion of Fire Crotch Toys. Please note that there will be slight color variations from pictures to in person of each product. It is the customers responsibility to check the products description and pictures before purchasing.
